Located in a magnificent log home on a mountaintop, this Home Theater presented many challenges the first of which was where to put it! The house is huge and wonderfully finished. We decided on the lower level taking a storage room, a small powder room and some of the mechanical room and converting it into one Home Theater.
The conversion of the rooms took a lot of “prep” work, including redesigning large ductwork that ran down the center of the room. We moved them to the side and accented them with lighting to create a multi-tier feel to the ceiling. A “winged” stage presents the front speakers.
