Taking full advantage of this, our homeowners developed an award-winning water garden with two streams and waterfall winding their way into a deep pond. One stream features a 20-foot drop starting outside the master bedroom by the outside hot tub. Many days, when coming to work we would startle a deer looking for a cool drink from the pond or a bird looking for a quick meal of koi fish!

Although this lovely home is located in an exclusive development, its location is at the “top of the hill” which affords the homeowners, Bob and Rhonda, acres of pristine woodlands for a backyard. This gives the home a unique feel of being very private and isolated in the woods.
