Here we see the four feet of gained space being used for a custom bench area and third tier of seating. This Futureview exclusive innovation has become a very popular and requested feature in our other Theater designs. Note the left and right bench backrests are made of one piece of birch plywood and not only slant back but curve, too. How did we do that??? …A real woodworker’s challenge.

This picture was taken in the theater with the photographer’s back to what would be the screen wall. You can now see how we opened up the back for more theater space and outside lobby area. A fortuitous event, in this project, was that after removing the existing wall, which was a bearing structure, we found the support to be inadequate. We were able to correct this saving, Bob and Rhonda potential future problems.
