We were called into this project during the construction of this lovely home. Originally we were shown a lower level sunken area on the outside corner of the home. The walls were over fifty percent glass and overlooked a patio, pool area. Beautiful, but not a good location for a Home Theater. While taking the tour, going down the hallway to the sunken area, I did notice a room with great potential. My tour guide and lady of the house, Valerie, explained that this was to be her husband Dave’s exercise room. The outside foundation wall was very irregular with wonderful nooks and angles. After explaining to Valerie what potential this area had for a Home Theater and family sit down to which we were not privileged, we were given this room to develop.
