The
work begins. Once again we were given an unfinished lower level of a lovely
home to develop into a Home Theater, Game Room and a bathroom with a corner
shower. This “BEFORE” picture shows a view from the future Game
room. The beam and pillar in the foreground would be hidden in a new arched
wall. We had to remove the pillar in the background. This entailed putting
up another twenty-foot 800 lb. steel beam with a dozen or so of our very,
very good friends.
The new beam is in and this view,
from the step area, shows the future screen site (where the little TV is).
Our clients Creighton and Chris requested we save the coal burner and Creighton’s
brick work in the final design
