This work represents one of our most challenging design projects to date. Our clients, Frank and Kathy, not only wanted a world-class Home Theater in the unfinished lower level of their newly completed Home, but also a Game Area, Exercise Room, Bar, Full Kitchenette, Bathroom, Washer and Dryer Area, Stone Fireplace and two guest rooms (Whew). The project would entail over 2000 square feet of remodeling and present us with three unique challenges.

One, our clients wanted the area to have two functional entrances, an entrance from the pool area and another one on the opposite side from the upper level, while maintaining an open feel to all the main areas. Two, the HVAC plant is located eight feet from the back wall and was in the area to be finished. And, last but not least, the basement had dozens of beam posts we needed to incorporate in the design! Hence our name for this project- Post-Time.
